Mia Konstantinidou has been working as a consultant, facilitator & trainer since 2002. She mainly works as a (large) group facilitator & trainer. Besides Open Space Technology she specializes in the following facilitation methods:
ToP® – Technology of Participation, PSP® – Participatory Strategic Planning, Future Search, Worldcafé and Anti-Bias.

The power of large group interventions, facilitating & enabling groups to self-organize is her passion. She enjoys using these different facilitative methods, working on training plans and training facilitators.

In 2002 she was trained by Michael M. Pannwitz and Jo Töpfer in Open Space facilitation, between 2003 and 2005 as a Facilitator and Trainer-Trainer of the Technology of Participation® by the ICA USA, in 2005 and 2007 by Marvin Weisbord and Sandra Janoff in the Future Search methodology and in the art of large group facilitation. Marvin and Sandra’s facilitation principles guide & mentor her in her practice.

Since then she has been involved in 50 Open Space Technology events in Germany, Chile, France, Poland, Sweden, South Africa, Suriname, Turkey and the USA with a wide variety of sponsors, occasions, number of participants and length of duration.
Since 2006 Mia Konstantinidou has been involved as a trainer in 4 Open Space Technology Training events: 2 in Germany together with Jo Toepfer, Michael Pannwitz jr. and Michael M. Pannwitz, 1 in Chile and 1 in South Africa together with Michael Pannwitz jr.
The next Open Space Technology Training for German speakers will take place in June 2010 in Rolandseck, Germany.

Together with Jo Toepfer she serves on the board of boscop eg.
